Executive Administrative Assistant

Major Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and personal support to Senior Executive
  • Handle incoming calls and business correspondence, confidential documents and other administrative duties
  • Interact with individuals at various levels in the company and coordinate with different departments from regions
  • Conducting research and managing all aspects of project coordination, and handling any ad hoc project as assigned
  • Manage and schedule calendars such as scheduling of appointments, meetings and events, hotel and travel arrangements
  • Work on ad hoc duties as assigned

Major Requirements

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years’ extensive secretarial and administrative experience, with recognized secretarial qualifications will be an advantage
  • Candidates with project coordination and management experience are preferred
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint (both English and Chinese)

Assistant Warehouse Supervisor (QC Team)

Major Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily quality control inspection, perform site inspection on labels before shipment
  • Physical work requirements, physical fits for materials handling of about 5~10kg
  • To implement and improve the label inspection system at Warehouse
  • To coordinate and provide appropriate training to warehouse staff
  • To assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Holder of Higher Certificate or above
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in warehouse, supervisory experience of warehouse staff is definitely an asset
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, experience with SAP/ERP system is an advantage
  • Good command of written & spoken of English and Mandarin

 

高級倉務員/倉務員

主要職務及入職要求:

  • 協助倉庫經理/主管進行貨倉管理及運作,職務包括:收貨,執貨,分貨,包裝,盤點及特別指派工作等
  • 中學程度,有一年或以上倉務工作經驗
  • 曾任職電子零件倉及持有操作叉式起重車〈抗衡型/伸展型〉證明書者為佳
  • 懂電腦操作及有使用SAP系統作業經驗者將優先考慮
  • 勤力守時、有團隊合作精神、有責任心並樂意超時工作以便完成每日的工作安排
  • 五天工作〈週六、週日及公眾假期休息〉
  • 工作時間:(A)上午八時至下午五時 或 (B) 上午九時至下午六時〈按組別及按月分配〉
