Warehouse Manager

Major Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Matriculated with Higher Diploma in Warehouse Management or above
  • Warehouse managerial experience not less than 7 years (preferably in electronic component distribution)
  • Practical know-how on warehouse and logistics operation
  • Manage daily warehouse operation including overseeing the operations of warehouses located in Hong Kong, Shanghai & Taipei, and experience in managing a workforce of over 30 people
  • Supervise warehouse operators to reach company goals and expectation
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, guidance, and clear instruction for subordinates
  • Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong in analytical thinking and problem solving, process excellent negotiation & communication skill
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must
  • Proficiency in MS office, knowledge in or hands-on SAP system experience is an advantage
  • Analyse and develop plans for process improvement, schedule enhancement and to improve overall warehouse operation in cost and time
  • To deal with internal branches enquiry in area of order fulfillment, finish the daily work target
  • Uphold, support and maintain company safety standard at all times
  • Maintain secure stock records in good position
  • Arrange stock checking and manpower allocation
  • Work closely with internal and external customers to provide high quality service
  • Occasional traveling to PRC and shift duties is require

Senior Accountant

Major Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the timely and accurate completion of daily and month end accounting, A/P, and general ledger functions
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated accounts, facilitate annual/interim audit, coordinate and liaise with external auditor and tax advisor on audit and tax issues
  • Provide internal/external audit support. Prepare relevant schedules for the completion of statutory reports 
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budget and forecast
  • Implement control measures and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures
  • Identify and recommend changes to procedures and systems to improve reporting quality and the accounting workflow
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned, and reports requested by management
  • Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
  • CPA Qualification of recognized accounting professional bodies
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Solid experience in consolidation and statutory reporting is preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and good knowledge in SAP is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently and have sound problem solving abilities
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

 

Assistant Warehouse Supervisor (QC Team)

Major Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily quality control inspection, perform site inspection on labels before shipment
  • Physical work requirements, physical fits for materials handling of about 5~10kg
  • To implement and improve the label inspection system at Warehouse
  • To coordinate and provide appropriate training to warehouse staff
  • To assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Holder of Higher Certificate or above
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in warehouse, supervisory experience of warehouse staff is definitely an asset
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, experience with SAP/ERP system is an advantage
  • Good command of written & spoken of English and Mandarin

  • 協助倉庫經理/主管進行貨倉管理及運作,職務包括:收貨,執貨,分貨,包裝,盤點及特別指派工作等
  • 中學程度,有一年或以上倉務工作經驗
  • 曾任職電子零件倉及持有操作叉式起重車〈抗衡型/伸展型〉證明書者為佳
  • 懂電腦操作及有使用SAP系統作業經驗者將優先考慮
  • 勤力守時、有團隊合作精神、有責任心並樂意超時工作以便完成每日的工作安排
  • 五天工作〈週六、週日及公眾假期休息〉
  • 工作時間:(A)上午八時至下午五時 或 (B) 上午九時至下午六時〈按組別及按月分配〉
