Major Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • To prepare purchase order and update schedule
  • To review and action for purchase order reschedule/cancellation
  • To arrange internal stock transfer and goods return
  • Matriculated with minimum 2 years’ planning experience, preferably in electronic components industry
  • Good in English (both spoken and written) and Putonghua as well as hands-on computer skills
  • Skillful in the use of Excel and Word
  • With SAP knowledge is definitely an advantage
  • Meticulous and with a good numerical aptitude
  • Strong team player, self-motivated & able to work independently with minimal supervision




  • 協助倉庫經理/主管進行貨倉管理及運作,職務包括:收貨,執貨,分貨,包裝,盤點及特別指派工作等
  • 曾任職電子零件倉及持有操作叉式起重車〈抗衡型/伸展型〉證明書者為佳
  • 中學程度,有一年或以上工作經驗
  • 懂電腦操作及有使用SAP系統作業經驗者將優先考慮
  • 勤力守時、有團隊合作精神、有責任心並樂意超時工作以便完成每日的工作安排
  • 五天工作〈週六、週日及公眾假期休息〉
  • 工作時間:(A)上午八時至下午五時 或 (B) 上午九時至下午六時〈按組別及按月分配〉
