Human Resources Manager

Major Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Performance management covering staff training programs
  • Oversee staff compensation and benefits scheme, including payroll
  • Workforce administration including leave, absence and related topic
  • Write up and maintain company policy as well as staff handbook
  • Lead annual performance and salary review
  • Assist executive directors in cultivating career development including succession planning for mid-and senior-management
  • Digitalize operations workflow and driving HR programs’ project implementation, ensure for continuous improvements.
  • Lead HR colleagues in all regional offices to ensure that regulatory and statutory obligations are met

 

Major Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in HR management or related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in human resources field, with at least 5 years as a manager-role
  • All-rounded and solid human resources management experience including cultural building, policy formulation, recruitment and selection, salary and benefits management, performance management, and training & development
  • Significant hands-on experience gained in the PRC
  • Well versed of Hong Kong and China Labour Law and China Income Tax and knowledgeable of the labour practices in different cities
  • Sound planning, organizing, analytical, sensitive to numbers, and problem solving as well as strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong team player, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a highly matrixed environment
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft software, especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint (both English and Chinese), with SAP knowledge is definitely an advantage but not a must
  • Travel to PRC is required

Assistant Warehouse Supervisor (QC Team)

Major Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily quality control inspection, perform site inspection on labels before shipment
  • To implement and improve the label inspection system at Warehouse
  • To coordinate and provide appropriate training to warehouse staff
  • To assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Holder of Higher Certificate or above
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in warehouse. Supervisory experience of warehouse staff is definitely an asset
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP/ERP system is an advantage
  • Good command of written & spoken of English and Mandarin
  • Work location: Kwai Chung Container Terminal

  • 曾任職電子零件倉及持有操作叉式起重車〈抗衡型/伸展型〉證明書者為佳
  • 中學程度,有一年或以上工作經驗
  • 懂電腦操作及有使用SAP系統作業經驗者將優先考慮
  • 勤力守時、有團隊合作精神、有責任心並樂意超時工作以便完成每日的工作安排
  • 五天工作〈週六、週日及公眾假期休息〉
  • 工作時間:(A)上午八時至下午五時 或 (B) 上午九時至下午六時〈按組別及按月分配〉
