Personal Assistant to Senior Executive

Major Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive and dedicated business as well as personal support to Senior Executive
  • Handle travel arrangements including but not limited to reservation of air tickets and hotel accommodation
  • Arrange meetings and prepare minutes of meetings
  • Follow up and monitor the progress of projects including coordination with internal and external bodies
  • Handle incoming calls and independent correspondence
  • Handle any ad hoc project as assigned
Major Requirements
  • Diploma holder or above, with recognized secretarial qualifications is preferable
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience and experience in administration, secretary and personal assistant will be an advantage
  • Project management skills preferred
  • A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company at all time
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint (both English and Chinese)

Assistant Warehouse Supervisor (QC Team)

Major Requirements & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for daily quality control inspection, perform site inspection on labels before shipment
  • Physical work requirements, physical fits for materials handling of about 5~10kg
  • To implement and improve the label inspection system at Warehouse
  • To coordinate and provide appropriate training to warehouse staff
  • To assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Holder of Higher Certificate or above
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in warehouse, supervisory experience of warehouse staff is definitely an asset
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, experience with SAP/ERP system is an advantage
  • Good command of written & spoken of English and Mandarin
