The STMicroelectronics STM32U5 series ultra-low power MCU is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 advanced energy saving microcontroller. They meet the stringent power/performance requirements of smart applications. These applications include wearables, personal medical devices, home automation and industrial sensors. The STM32U5 family of microcontrollers takes performance to the next level with up to 2MB flash (dual group) memory and 786KB SRAM. The STM32U5 is a large product portfolio that comes in eight packages (48 to 169 pins) and supports ambient temperatures up to 125°C.
